About a third of our yellow daffodils didn't bloom this year. The third that didn't bloom got their buds caught in the late snow storm and froze. However, 2/3's is better than nothing!
We cleaned out the front wooded area - pulling vines and brambles and leaves and branches. It took about a week (even one of our neighbors helped!) and was well worth the effort. Now we are going to try planting shade loving plants, ground covers and fern and see if we can make it look fabulous!
