I can almost hear the squirrels salivating...

... the pear tree is so loaded with fruit this year. They take the fruit when it is still hard as a rock but they seem to enjoy them since they will strip every one of them off the tree. It is amusing to see them working their way to the tips of the branches and rarely fall off.
