There was no way we were letting Dan get away without a private performance. A Bach Cello Suite was on the program and the audience went wild!
We had a wonderful week together. Dan spent his final night with the windows open so he could hear the crickets which he enjoyed all week. One night he even stayed up late enough to see one of our foxes come around as well as an eight point buck.
Dan left the next day looking forward to his road trip back to Chicago. He promised to return to pick up the gourd mask he asked me to make just for him.
